How can I perceive, absorb and calm emotions? Early experiences can put the body on constant alert. The body is also a key to regulating unpleasant emotions. In this online training you will receive instructions on body awareness and help to explore your 'inner child' - important steps to regulate emotions for ourselves and to make it tangible for others.

Do you really love me? - Attachment patterns and relationship

cls

Jan 2021

Early attachment experiences can shape into adulthood. Children internalize the failure of their environment and relate it to themselves. As a result, they develop strategies to adapt to the lack they experience. The workshop gives insight into how we as adults can recognize our attachment patterns and the strategies behind them.
The aim is to expand one's own relationship skills and to experience one's own vitality. The workshop gives an insight into the NARM concept (neuroaffective relationship model) in order to discover buried vitality and to be able to develop contact with oneself, attunement, trust, autonomy, love and fulfilled sexuality.

Will You Really Love Me And Not Leave Me?
How to recognize and respond to Children's Attachment Needs to increase Inner Safety

We often misunderstand children's behaviour. We see a naughty child who doesn't want to listen or participate. We don't see the child's need behind the behaviors. Those who received support and love from their caregivers are likely to be secure in their attachment, while those who experienced inconsistency or negligence from their caregivers are likely to feel more anxiety surrounding their relationships.
This webinar will give an introduction how adults can recognize and respond to attachment needs and increase the child's inner safety, applying what we know about attachment in children, to the relationships we build and engage in, in their schools, institutions and communities. My approach reaches beyond the language barrier, is for building the child's inner safety, it includes an attuned 'being with', mindful perception of the body, the non-verbals and the willingness to react spontaneously, enriched by skills, knowledge and attitudes to intuitively know how to respond in a secure and safe way, thus building the child's inner safety.
